Cedar Valley Tech’s mission is to provide the best technical support to our customers in the Cedar Falls and Waterloo Iowa area. Over the last fifteen years Tim has done just about everything ‘techie’. He got started in computers while attending college in 1992 with his first 486 DX/2 system and a BBS board on a 9600 baud modem. The ‘tech bug’ bit hard and he’s been consumed with learning about computer systems and networking ever since.
In his career Tim has picked up a wide variety of skills leading to his ‘glue guy’ reputation (the guy who brings things together). Being an avid open-source software advocate and Linux administrator, his methods of problem solving always focus on simple and effective solutions that fit the budget. If it requires troubleshooting, rewiring, debugging or coding…Tim is the guy that gets it done!
